If you are a Restaurant Client signing up for an account, your use of the platform is governed by the Merchant Software Service Agreement.

If you are a Consumer using a digital menu, your use is governed by the Consumer Terms of Service.

2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for informational purposes to learn about our products and services. You agree not to:

Use the Site for any illegal purpose.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Site.

Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.

Competitors: Access or use the Site if you are a direct competitor of Agile Plate, except with our prior written consent. You may not access the Site for purposes of monitoring its availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes (such as reverse-engineering our features to build a similar product).

3. Interactive Demos (Menu Scan Demo)
The Site may offer interactive demonstrations, such as the "Menu Scan Demo," which allows you to upload an image to test our automatic menu generation technology. Regarding these demos:

"As-Is" Functionality: The demo is provided solely for evaluation purposes. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the OCR results.

Your Content: You are solely responsible for any images you upload. You represent that you have the right to use the image and that it does not contain any illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

Prohibited Content: Do not upload images containing "Protected Health Information" (PHI), sensitive personal data (such as financial information or government IDs), or explicit content.

No Storage Guarantee: Images uploaded to the demo are for temporary processing. We have no obligation to store, retain, or return these images to you, and they may be deleted from our servers at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property
