Which plan should I start with?
You should start with either the Seed or the Sprout. We recommend the Sprout to start with because it includes SMS communication, which has the highest consumer engagement. But, if you only plan to use email then start with the Seed plan. With Agile Plate, you grow your marketing list organically as your clients opt-in through your menu or loyalty program QR code. As your members list grows and you need more SMS or email credits, you can upgrade plans.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 30-day free trial*, you'll need to select a paid plan to continue using premium features. You can choose any plan that fits your needs, and you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll receive additional credits immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What if I run out of SMS or email credits?
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to get more credits immediately. Your credits reset monthly on your billing date.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I import an existing list of customers?
We're currently evaluting the possiblity of importing existing customer email addresses. However, for sending SMS messages, we will always require that your customer explicitly opts in through your QR code so that we maintain strict compliance with regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
