ZentureTech, LLC DBA Agile Plate ("we," "us") provides the Agile Plate platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data.
Scope of this Policy:
This policy applies to:
Merchants: Businesses and individuals who register for an Agile Plate account.
Website Visitors: Individuals who visit our public marketing website (agileplate.com) or use our public demos.
Note: For information on how we handle the data of restaurant patrons (Consumers), please refer to our Consumer Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information from Website Visitors.
When you visit our website, we may collect:
Usage Data: Information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, time spent, and the link that brought you to us.
Device Data: Your IP address, browser type, and operating system.
Demo Data: If you use our "Menu Scan Demo," we temporarily process the images you upload to demonstrate the service functionality.
Contact Information: If you fill out a "Contact Us" or "Request Demo" form, we collect your name, email, and any message you provide.
1.2 Information from Merchants (Account Registration).
When you sign up for an account, we collect:
Business Name and "Doing Business As" (DBA) names.
Business Address (Street, City, State/Region, Postal Code, Country).
Contact Information (Name, Email, Phone Number of the account owner).
Login credentials (hashed passwords).
1.3 Business Verification Data (For 10DLC). To enable SMS features, we are required by telecommunications carriers to collect:
Legal Business Name.
Physical Address (if different from registration address).
Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Tax ID.
Industry vertical and business type.
1.4 Payment Information. We use a third-party processor (Stripe) to handle payments. We do not store your full credit card number, but we store tokens and billing records provided by Stripe.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
Operate the Website & Service: Host our site, process demo requests, authenticate logins, and manage subscriptions.
Improve Our Products: Analyze visitor usage patterns to optimize our marketing and website performance.
Legal Compliance (10DLC): Submit Merchant business details to The Campaign Registry (TCR) and mobile carriers to vet and register brands for SMS messaging.
Communication: Respond to visitor inquiries and send Merchants technical notices, updates, or security alerts.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties for marketing. We share data only as necessary:
Telecommunications Partners: To unlock SMS capabilities for Merchants, we must share your Legal Business Name, EIN, and Contact Info with our messaging provider (e.g., Twilio) and The Campaign Registry.
Service Providers: We use trusted vendors for hosting (e.g., Cloudflare, Heroku) and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) who process data on our behalf.
Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
4. Data Retention
Website Visitors: We retain aggregate analytics data indefinitely. We retain "Contact Us" form submissions for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. Images uploaded to the "Menu Scan Demo" are deleted within 30 days after processing.
Merchants: We retain account data while the account is active. If you terminate your account, we generally delete associated Consumer data after 30 days, but retain billing records for up to 7 years for tax compliance.
5. Your Rights
Merchants: You may access, update, or delete your account via the Admin Settings panel.
Visitors: You may opt-out of certain analytics tracking via our Cookie Preferences banner. You may request details on personal data we hold about you (e.g., from a contact form) by contacting us.
